DeWitt Move Worldwide is out with the four hottest U.S.  locations for corporate relocations: Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO and Nashville, TN.

The firm listed 5 key factors companies are considering when making moves: consolidating multiple locations, attracting key talent, cost of living, easier and cheaper air travel, and financial incentives. 

Companies that have made the move to Austin, the number one spot, include:

• Zoho, a tech company that offers cloud-based business software including CRM, email and more, purchased 375 acres of land in South Austin in 2019.
• DISCO, a cloud-based legal document management service, will bring more than 150 jobs to the area as a result of its relocation.
• Apple, Amazon, General Motors and Google also made recent expansions in the city.
