Acclaimed movie director and star Spike Lee will be on hand for the upcoming CoreNet Global Summit in Orange County this fall.
Lee, as you probably know, recently won the 2019 Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay for the film “BlackkKlansman.”
He was also nominated for his 1990 groundbreaking film “Do The Right Thing.”
Lee will share his thoughts on important social issues and his life in the movie industry – and draw parallels to the work corporate real estate professionals are tackling to create spaces and places that foster inclusive business cultures and support diverse, multigenerational workforces.
As one of CoreNet Global’s stated Core Values, the association values and cultivates diversity and inclusion in its membership, programs, and all endeavors. This Core Value is reflected in all of its initiatives, including outreach to universities, talent attraction and retention and providing education and networking opportunities for everyone involved in corporate real estate.
So we’re excited for this conversation.
